Decent progress today. I probably could push on more tonight, but am tired and need to think a bit on how to progress from where I am to where I need to be (and how to mark some significant passage of time). Still, it definitely feels like I’ve hit midpoint–there’s that noticeable rush in a wholly new direction that just feels right in this spot, so that’s something. Had to re-evaluate how much this particular story could handle, time-frame-wise, and while I had to lose some things, it just means they get bumped to the next book (if there is one). All in all, though, I feel like I’m in a pretty okay place right now. Fingers crossed that things keep moving forward as easily!
