I think…I may have just hit the end of Act II. At least for this draft. I’ve got a few more things coming up that might–maybe–qualify, but this one feels almost like an ending, the curtains rushing closed and everyone looking to their seat mates as we all let out a sigh of uncertainty. What happens now? Things look pretty grim. Will the heroine rally? Will she accomplish her goal? Will she be able to bear the costs of doing so? Will she realize she’s not truly alone?
