UGH. BLECH. RAWR. Tonight was a hard one. Really, really, mind-numbingly hard. Every sentence was like ripping out bushes. Just…painfully obnoxiously bad. I mean, the kind of sentences that even as you’re writing them, you’re thinking, “Wow, this is AWFUL writing…” Buh. Finally found a toe-hold after a lot of staring at the screen in dismay, though a lot of tonight’s work will end up in the Scrap Draft tomorrow. And it’s very likely to be rewritten completely come Draft 2, but I can’t think about that yet.
