What to Expect in November, and Other Silly Songs

Well, as those of you following this silly little blog know, I’ll be taking part in this year’s National Novel Writing Month (or Nanowrimo to those familiar with the term). I’ll be tracking word count progress here, as well as posting a daily photo-post to sum up the day’s progress/non-progress in one picture. After all, if a picture is a thousand words, than thirty pictures should get me pretty close to 50k, right? :-D

*snork snork*

Ok, but seriously: it’ll let me document this first-time thing for me, and it’ll keep me from having to spend much time actually writing about the novel’s progress (when those precious words should be going toward that final word count!). So let the fun begin!

…on November 1st. :-D

  1. Clever and fun idea. I’m still busy jotting down notes, inspirations and themes, and trying hard not to change my mind and finish that short story “collection” instead. Debut it is, haha.

The best of luck! I have to work hard, because we’ll visit Martijn’s brother in London the end of November. And I don’t think I’m as Stephen King crazy as to keep on working while on holiday…
