Today was surprisingly delightful, as was the introduction of a secondary (possibly primary in future tales) character. He’s a wonderful foil for my hero, and I am SO looking forward to where he’ll go in this story and the impact he’ll have. I’m as charmed as my main character is by this dignified yet flippantly irreverent young man! I cannot wait to see where this leads. In truth, I really feel like I’ve–for once–stopped in the midst of the momentum, but it can’t be helped. I need to sit down and spend some serious time thinking about the next few chapters to come, as I’ve come to the last little bit I pre-thought the last time. But I’m really looking forward to what I might have to work with now, so tomorrow may or may not be a word-count day. Depends on what the Girls in the Attic come up with for the foreseeable future in the story.
